Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping:
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Shipping cost: $12.95
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
Free Shipping:
- Available for orders over $50
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
International Shipping
We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties imposed by their country.
Our Return Promise
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- With all original tags and packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned:
- Air Filters (once opened or installed)
- AGV Helmets with removed protective liners
- Any Accessories that have been installed or show signs of use

Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:
- Return authorization number (RMA)
- Shipping instructions
- Prepaid return label (for defective items only)
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your item securely and include:
- Completed return form (included in your original shipment)
- Copy of your order confirmation

For size exchanges or product swaps:
