Our Return Promise

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • With all original tags and packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items:

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned:

  • Air Filters (once opened or installed)
  • AGV Helmets with removed protective liners
  • Any Accessories that have been installed or show signs of use

Easy 3-Step Return Process

Step 1: Submit Your Return Request

Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:

  • Return authorization number (RMA)
  • Shipping instructions
  • Prepaid return label (for defective items)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your item securely and include:

  • Completed return form (included in your original shipment)
  • Copy of your order confirmation

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund Method: Original payment method

    • Credit Cards: 5-10 business days

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

For size exchanges or product swaps:

  2. Include a note specifying your desired replacement
  3. We’ll ship your new item once we process the return

Damaged or Defective Items

If your gear arrives damaged or defective:

International Returns

For customers outside the U.S.:
