Saddle installs just like stock with a tongue in the front and a latch pin at the rear that integrates with your factory key lock.

When the saddle is new, the rubber bumpers are often very rigid and can make it difficult to latch the saddle in place. If this happens, you can add a washer under the latch pin on the saddle to effectively give it more reach. Once the bumpers break in, the washer can be removed.
Corbin saddles (with very few exceptions) include Genuine Leather Seating to provide a luxurious look and feel.

Corbin’s Classic Gunfighter provides the Street Twin with a nostalgic look while providing excellent rider comfort. The smooth profile of the saddle matches that of the bike, blending with the overall theme and emulating the design of the tank. Changes the look of the motorcycle entirely, capturing the invigorating days of British motorcycle racing.

Our high density Comfort Cell foam allows a sleek, low profile while providing a firm supportive ride that lasts. Ergonomic shaping in the seating provides good ground reach, excellent back support and better weight dispersion for more time in the saddle. This also helps to eliminate the centralized pressure felt from the stock seat. In the nose area, we sculpt the saddle narrow to allow for good ground reach. Passenger area is designed for looks, but is padded and upholstered so it can take passengers for short trips.

Notice how close the Corbin saddle fits to the tank and sides… this kind of fit comes only from a Corbin saddle and our unique Fibertech basepan. Our rigid base material not only fits perfect to the bike, but provides a firm foundation to support the carefully designed foam shape. Corbin’s ergonomic shaping creates a visually pleasing look on the motorcycle and adds to the custom appeal. Saddle works with grab rail in place, but we think it would look great without it.

On top, we include genuine leather seating panels for a luxurious ride and a wide range of custom material options at no extra charge. Above we show it in the following: Black natural grain leather seating, Asphalt sides, Asphalt tail section, Candy Red welt and red stitching with Gold logo.

We use genuine leather seating in all of our saddle models because it breathes with your body and will conform along with the foam shape during break in. This provides an added bit of luxury on those long rides. In the side panels, we use a vinyl material that will support the foam shape and keep the saddle looking sharp longer. Be sure to care for your leather saddle properly with a quality conditioner like our Saddle Cream. This will help the leather to remain supple and weather resistant while it matures gracefully.
